9th Leg (Belgian Quad) 10.5% ABV
Our 9th anniversary beer is a Belgian quad pouring a dark ruby brown with lots of caramel and dark fruit notes. Dark malts and dark Belgian candi syrup lend sweetness to counter the dry finish.
Himmel Und Aad (Heaven and Earth) Marzen 6.0% ABV
Our Oktoberfest beer brewed with Pilsner malt plus a generous amount of Munich and Vienna malts. The resulting beer pours a deep golden hue with warm, toasty malt aroma and flavor with enough noble hop bitterness and aroma to keep it super balanced.
Cask: Red Rye Return with Smoked Tea 4.2% ABV
Our annual Red Rye ale benefitting the Seattle Fishermen’s Memorial. Cask conditioned with Lapsang Souchong smoked tea.
