Voltova Czech Pale Lager 4.5%

Featuring floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, Czech-grown Saaz hops, and a storied Czech lager yeast, Voltova reflects our commitment to brewing faithful renditions of classic European lagers. Czech pale lagers offer the same rich malt and noble hop character found in Czech pilsners, but with slightly reduced bitterness, alcohol, sweetness, and body. Subtle malt notes of biscuit and lightlytoasted bread strike a harmonious balance with the spicy floral Saaz hops, creating a delicately refined lager.

Midnight in Bavaria 4.8%

Smooth and balanced Dunkel lagers are a source of regional pride for the state of Bavaria. Our tribute features rich aromas of toasted bread crusts and noble spice, complemented by a pleasant nutty/chocolate character. The finish reinforces the rich bready malt nature, while steering clear of sweet with a moderating hop bitterness.

Rhinestone Cowboy Hazy IPA 6.7%

Intoxicating tropical fruit and citrus aromatics lead into powerful flavors of guava, pink grapefruit, tangerine and lychee, with a medium-low bright citrus pith-y bitterness. Malted oats and spelt provide a soft mouthfeel and medium body, while allowing the hops to dominate the palate.

Wet Season 2026: Cascade Style Fresh Hop 6.5%

This crisp West Coast IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Cascade hops from CLS Farms in Yakima. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more Cascade, New Zealand Cascade and Strata CGX. The result is bold and dynamic, combining notes of underripe strawberry and lime zest with a greener, grassy character and a piney, resinous finish. Light-bodied with a firm bitterness.
