Rooftop Festbier 4.6%
We used 100% Washington-grown Baroness Grain from Joseph’s Grainery in Colfax, WA for our Festbier this year! Brewed in the German tradition but with all local ingredients. Hell, even the water is local!
Fresh Hop! 6.5%
Our brewers get up at the crack of dawn to drive to Yakima, pick up hundreds of pounds of Fresh Hops picked that day, and then drive back to get those beautiful hop cones in the brew! All told, the hops go from Vine to Brew in just a few short hours. It just does not get any fresher. The beer is brewed in the style of a West Coast IPA.
