Our signature Washington apple blend finished with heirloom and wild apples picked from local farms, small homesteads and abandoned orchards. Slightly tart, lightbodied, and very dry with hints of apple peel, lime and fresh straw.

Mystery Blend 5.5%

This semi-sweet sessionable blend of apples and pears features yet-to-be-named red flesh apples, heirloom apples we believe to be Hollandberry Admirable, and a new table apple variety whose name we can’t mention without receiving a cease and desist. Also D’Anjou pears.
